VE Engineering specializes in top tier quality product design. We have two engineers on staff with educations in mechanical engineering as well as experience working on Formula SAE projects. We are capable of creating fully engineered one-off designs from scratch or create a design intended for mass production. We have experience with 3-d design software such as Pro Engineer and Solidworks as well as CFD design software such as Fluent. We also have access to an AWD Mustang chassis dyno.

With this technology at our disposal we are able to design exceptional products by using our three step process:
  • Prototype Design
    • Design a visual prototype using various design theory and 3-d modeling software.
  • Prototype Testing
    • Test the 3-d modeled prototype in computational fluid dynamic software to check for possible flaws in design.
  • Real World Design Trial
    • Test a physical prototype on a Mustang dyno, which will simulate real world driving conditions to ensure proper function.
